Monadus

Monadus appears to be leader among the Realm Enforcers, as this deity is responsible for defining the frame of reference used to stabilize a collective.

Society is composed of many layers of overlapping, yet often contradictory, Reactors. In order for this or any collective to function, the terrain must share a common language to narrow down what is or isn't acceptable. In limiting the range of possibilities, Monadus also limits the extent of potential change to society's dominant Realm.
