When I get around to writing this section, the goal is to detail the Power in which Culture and Institutions shape who we are. Knowledge, discipline, normalization, subjectification, etc. etc. etc. Realm Enforcers give meaning to the Power Capacitors, maintain the boundaries of Realms of Freedom and the Dominant Realm, and are the primary target when formalizing Boundary Negotiation.
